Cancellation Policy

At MessageSuite, we make subscription management straightforward and fair. This policy explains how to cancel your subscription and what happens next.
When your cancellation takes effect
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep full access to MessageSuite until that date, and you won't be charged again afterward.
Example: If your plan renews on the 1st of each month and you cancel on the 15th, you'll retain access until the next 1st. No further charges will occur after that date.
No refunds for unused time
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Canceling mid-cycle won't generate a refund for the remaining days.
Exceptions (case-by-case, at our discretion):
- Verified technical issues that prevent effective use
- Service outages or similar incidents
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges (see below)
If you believe an exception applies, contact Support and we'll review your request.
Special circumstances we may credit or refund
Technical difficulties:
If ongoing, reproducible issues—confirmed by our support team—prevent effective use, we may offer a partial refund or account credit.
Unauthorized charges:
Report immediately. If verified as fraudulent, we'll refund the affected amount.
Billing errors:
If we overcharge in error, we'll correct it and refund overages.
Reactivating later
You can re-subscribe anytime at messagesuite.ai. Reactivation is processed under the current pricing and terms at the time you sign up again.
Suspensions & terminations
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of our Terms of Service, non-payment, or misuse. In such cases, no refunds are issued for the remaining period.
