Account Deletion Policy

At MessageSuite, we're committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is handled. This page explains how to request deletion of your MessageSuite account and the associated data stored on our platform.
1) What gets deleted
When you request account deletion, the following will be permanently removed:
- Login credentials (email/phone)
- Your messaging account and communication history
- Contact lists, templates, and campaign data tied to your account
- Personal settings and configuration data in your user profile
Note: Once deletion is confirmed and processed, data cannot be recovered.
2) Delete from the app
If you're using the MessageSuite mobile app:
- Go to Dashboard → More (⋯) → Delete My Account
- Submit your deletion request
After you confirm, your account will be deactivated immediately. Your data will be purged within 15 business days following our verification (confirmation call and email acknowledgment).
3) Delete via the website
If you can't access the app, submit a request using our web form. You'll be asked for:
- Username
- Registered phone number
- Email address
- (Optional) Reason for deletion

4) What we may retain
While personally identifiable data is deleted, MessageSuite may retain:
- Anonymized logs for system performance and analytics
- Transaction records required for legal, tax, telecom, or billing compliance (as applicable)
5) Timeline
- Account deactivation: Immediate upon confirmation
- Final data deletion: Within 7–15 business days
- Confirmation: We'll notify you at your registered email or phone number when deletion is complete
