1. Definitions

"Client," "you," and "your" mean the individual or entity accessing the Site.

"Company," "MessageSuite," "we," "us," and "our" mean MessageSuite and its affiliates.

"Parties" means you and MessageSuite together.

2. Acceptance & Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Approved organizations may link using our corporate name, the URL, or a reasonable description that fits the linking page's context. Use of our logos or artwork requires a separate trademark license.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. If the Site and its information/services are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

15. Limitation of Liability

17. Reservation of Rights

We may request removal of any link to our Site and you agree to promptly comply. We may modify these Terms and our linking policy at any time.

18. Removal Requests

If you find any link on our Site offensive, you may contact us. We will consider but are not obligated to comply with removal requests or respond directly.

19. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MessageSuite may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

21. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional agreements applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and MessageSuite regarding the Site.

22. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
