Refund Policy

This policy aims to be fair and reasonable—so customers feel confident using MessageSuite while we protect the service from misuse.

1) Free Trial

  • 14-day free trial for new users to explore the Basic Plan and a 14-day trial of Chatbot Flows (add-on).
  • No credit card required for the trial, and no charges during this period.

2) Subscriptions (after trial)

  • When the free trial ends, choosing any paid plan or add-on makes the purchase non-refundable.
  • The trial is provided so you can evaluate MessageSuite beforehand.
  • If you're not satisfied, cancel during the trial to avoid charges.
  • You can cancel a paid subscription anytime to stop future renewals/billing (no prorated refunds for the current billing period).

3) Non-Refundable Items & Services

All of the following are non-refundable due to their nature and underlying costs:

  • MessageSuite plan fees (monthly/annual)
  • Conversation credits (e.g., WhatsApp/RCS/SMS), usage-based charges
  • Add-ons and third-party integrations
  • One-time services such as chatbot development, onboarding, or setup work

Tip: If you're testing an add-on or credits, start small to validate fit.

4) Technical Issues (Discretionary)

If persistent, reproducible technical issues prevent effective use of the service—and our support team confirms them—we may, at our sole discretion, grant a partial or full refund. We may also offer account credits as an alternative.

5) Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges

If you notice a charge you didn't authorize, contact us immediately. Once verified, we'll issue a full refund for the unauthorized amount.

6) How to Request a Refund

Email support@messagesuite.ai with:

  • Transaction details (date, amount, plan/add-on)
  • Email/account ID used for purchase
  • Clear reason for the request and any supporting evidence (error logs, screenshots)

If approved, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 14–21 days (processing times may vary by bank/provider).

7) Cancellations & Access

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings to stop future charges.
  • After cancellation, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

8) Chargebacks

Please contact MessageSuite Support before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension and may incur recovery/processing fees where permitted by law.

9) Policy Changes

MessageSuite may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting the revised policy on messagesuite.ai (see "Last updated" date).

10) Legal Compliance

This policy is intended to comply with applicable local laws and regulations in the regions where MessageSuite operates. Please also review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for your full rights and obligations.
